We have an opening for a Business Development Manager to join our programmatic [K]rew!
This position is responsible for developing strong partnerships with brands and media agencies. The ideal candidate is a motivated and goal orientated individual who knows digital advertising technology and has a proven track record of building and managing relationships.

You will be a part of a top-notch sales team, selling programmatic advertising programs across multiple environments such as desktop, mobile, and digital out of home. This solution-oriented individual will be responsible for creating partnerships across multiple brands and initiatives while maximizing revenue. We are looking for proactive problem solvers to are metrics-driven, and able to think out of the box vs work in a cubicle. Responsibilities include

  • Initiating and developing relationships with media agencies and brands
  • Generating leads and developing prospects
  • Running calls and in-person meetings
  • Producing weekly reports and maintaining relationships with new clients
  • Contributing to the company’s marketing strategies and product development

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Agency or client experience working with demand-side platforms (DSPs) and ad serving platforms and technologies
