This is because, you will clear a number of pending task off your table as your AI device or software will execute them for you at the set time even without your interference. It will also save you the energy of reminding yourself that you have to start an email marketing campaign. It will also save you the energy of having to execute the task at the set time.

It forgives you for forgetting

As I was emphasizing in my first point, you do not necessarily have to remember everything. Marketing automation permits you to forget, as it will do the remembering for you. It is very much a huge relief to know that you do not have to set a reminder to remind you about a marketing campaign you intend to start.

It helps you maintain customer relationship

It is not an easy thing to maintain customer relationship. To tell you the truth, it is much harder to keep a customer than to get one. Marketing should and will not stop at acquiring a customer with automation. If you automate a number of features on your eCommerce store, your customers will feel like you are always there for them. You can program your automation software to send messages to a huge number of people and still personalize it. All you need to do is to sort them out properly and automation will do the rest. The recipients will the messages each person feeling like the message was just for them.

You do not have to worry about analysis and big data

As I was saying earlier, I will be using HubSpot for my explanation. One of the major problems with marketing is the amount of data or information involved. It becomes a problem when you are not a fan of calculation. I cannot even lie; analysts are not even making things better. You tell someone “please explain these results to me” and the person starts talking as if you already know what he or she is saying. With marketing automation, you will no longer have to break your head over-analysis of big data.

Provide you with enough information to make better and more informed decisions

The main reason why people worry so much about the analysis, interpretation and size of data is their importance. These data are not just beautiful figures that decorate your screen for you. They are maps, compasses and directions that will guide you on what you need to do and where you need to go. If you do not interpret them well, you may follow a wrong route. My point is, data is necessary for decision-making. You can only make good and proper decisions when you analyze and interpret your data properly. Without proper analysis and interpretation, you will most likely make a poor decision. Interpretation of data analysis will help to reveal marketing channels that are working and those that are not. It will help you to reveal who will most likely opt for a product or subscribe to a service.

Marketing is more than just creating awareness about yourself and drawing people’s attention to you. Marketing is now about making sure that people’s attention do not easily leave you after you gain it. Automation can go a very far way to ensure that it becomes so.
